Last week we were aghast at the array of bad things befalling our friends.
This week, well, time has moved on. The dead have been buried; the injuries are starting to heal. The pain, of course, continues, and won't be over soon.
For us, the week has been another blur of jobs.
Nigel's wisdom-tooth extraction went remarkably smoothly. A few days of porridge, soup, mash, scramble, salsa, and smoothie, and he's pretty much back to normal. Two sessions to go.

On the home front, the sorting/throwing/categorizing process continues. The living-room is now full of heaps: Take with us/store in suitcase/store in storage facility/give away/throw away... There will be accidents, I'm sure.
It's also extraordinarily rainy... Kuching is a rainy place, as I'm sure you've noticed from this blog. But it's not usually this rainy in AUGUST...
RAIN plus BUSY equals a greater-than-usual need for CHOCOLATE. So it was wonderful to have the chance to check out some Borneo chocolate, courtesy of our friends at Indah:
