We've been out and about a lot this month, but we continue our regular expeditions into town. The swans above are the ones we always look out for when we take the Nunnery route. On the same stretch of river there's a place where the seagulls congregate to bathe. It's a remarkably splashy performance, and looks very enjoyable.
There have been a couple of events that fall outside the normal routine:
Douglas received a visit from the Lord of Mann on the 14th. We studiously avoided it, but we're glad that the thing with the horse trams went well. Trammer Bobby (a 16-year-old Clydesdale) was a real star
